Hello Everyone,
This summer is passing by too quickly for me. I sure hope the winter does the same when it comes. However, we still have lots of sunny days ahead and I have romance in the lineup this week. I begin with a story I wrote about a shortage of cash. How many of us carry cash these days? Everything is paid for by debit or credit and banking is done online for the most part. My story is titled “Cash Dilemma” and is about two different times when I was caught short of ready cash. Next, our poem of the week written by Mary Penner and titled “First Dance”. This brought back memories for me of a past love.
Then we have another romantic story about a chance encounter, and the realization that some people aren’t meant to be together, written by Dian Bowers, and titled “A Short Romance”.
The first micro story this week is an end-of-life story by Rober O’Meara, titled “Last Days”, and finally another story from me about the wise words that children speak, titled “We’re Not Lost.”
