Hello Everyone,
Early fall weather I think. I hear geese! Lots of geese!
The theme of this week’s stories is helping your fellow man…or woman and the first story is about a young mother whose problems fall upon the shoulders of the priest. The story is written by Robert O’Meara and is titled “A Breakup”.
Then a poem about the kindness of the local constabulary who rise to the occasion. This poem is written by Angie Rose Carnegie and is titled “Oliver’s Pandemic Superhero Birthday”.
Then a story about support and encouragement, written by Deb Rouleau, titled “Do Unto Others, Always”.
Finally, there are two micro stories. The first is written by Michelle Dinnick, titled “Sticks and Stones” and the second by myself, titled “Musings”.
I hope your summer is going well. Please remember to send your comments for the authors and if you have a story, short or long that you would like to share, send it to me. brendashort@writingblog.ca for a chance to have it published on my blog.
