Short’s Shorts for October 22nd.

Hello everyone,

Halloween is almost upon us. A time when all the little goblins scurry around gathering their winter candy. Join me in a moment of nostalgia as I reminisce about happier, innocent times when I was one of the little goblins. Dian Bowers reminds us with her delightful story titled “A Paper Costume, What Were They Thinking.”

Then the tone changes to something more sinister with my own poem about attempted demonic possession, titled “A Good Night’s Sleep”. And the ‘author of the week’ is Justin Nightingale, with his nightmarish tooth fairy. A good horror story, titled “Neraidaphobia”. Then lastly, more of the 6 word stories from Angie Carnegie and Joyce Ernyes.

I hope you enjoy the stories and the poem, and please join me with comments for the authors. Happy Halloween and go easy on the candy.

Bren
