Hello everyone,
I was very busy yesterday, hosting a 17th birthday party for my twin granddaughters, and…I met one of the boyfriends. He was very polite and even helped to clear the dishes. So I asked him if he also did that for his mum…lol.
This is an expensive time for me because, out of my six family members, I have five birthdays as well as Christmas all within six weeks. I’m thinking of setting up a go-fund-me page for next year…lol.
This week I have published a delightful story by Deb Morneau based on children’s belief in Santa Claus and it has an interesting twist at the end. The story is titled “Reindeer Dreams”,
While I was cooking yesterday, I noticed the small bunch of over-ripening bananas on my countertop and remembered my poem about banana bread, so here it is, titled “Saving the Planet One Banana Bread At a Time”. This is my own recipe contained in the poem, that makes the most delicious and healthy banana bread. Try it, I’m sure you’ll like it.
The other story is by Robert O’Meara. A believable account of a mother’s sadness when she loses her child through her own addiction. The story is titled “Beter To Have Loved”.
