Short’s Shorts blog for December 18th

Hello everyone,

There were no entries for the ugliest Christmas sweater this year so no prize winner. However, there are stories and poems to celebrate the season beginning with a Christmas romance titled “Everton Hills Inn”, then a story about desperation and paying forward, read chapter one of “The Blessing”. The perfect time for a poem titled “Snow…My Winter Angst” and finally a story of turning disappointment into coping and sharing by Rober O’Meara, titled “The Party”.

Don’t forget to send your comments for this week’s contributions. There will be a break for the next two weeks because you’ll all be too busy anyway. Look for more stories beginning again on January 8th.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those who contributed their works for consideration and all of the readers too. Please share this website with your friends and colleagues and send me your short stories and poems if you’d like to see your work in print.

Merry Christmas, season’s greetings, and a Happy New Year to all.

Brenda
